A leading crowdsourcing platform is seeking an Automation Tester to ensure the quality of their applications through effective automated testing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with testing tools like Cypress and Jest, and a passion for code quality. The position is remote, but requires occasional visits to the Milan office. This role is suitable for someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development and/or QA automation roles.
• Proven experience in test automation.
• Good knowledge of the English language (B1/B2 level).

Mansioni

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a talented Automation Tester. In this role, you will be key to ensuring the quality of our applications through the implementation and management of automated tests. If you have a passion for code quality, strong analytical skills, and experience with tools like Cypress, Jest, or PHPUnit, we want to hear from you.

Seniority: Middle / Senior

Responsibilities

• Implementing and managing automation tests (Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library, PHPUnit, Robot Framework).
• Executing manual and non-regression tests on frontend and backend applications.
• Creating and managing bug reports, test plans, and technical documentation.
• Application management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development and / or QA automation roles.
• Proven experience in test automation.
• Good knowledge of the English language (B1 / B2 level).
• Technical diploma or a degree in Computer Science / Engineering (preferred).

Soft Skills

• Team-oriented and a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and code quality.
• Autonomy in end-to-end development (frontend, backend, testing).
• Ability to define and prioritize tasks.

Location

Location: Remote (in Italy), with the requirement to visit the Milan office on days agreed upon with the client. The expected frequency is 3-4 days per month on-site.

Contract Duration

Contract Duration: Annual, starting from January 2026
