Jobtailor is seeking a Quality Management Lead to design, implement, and maintain our QMS aligned with ISO 9001 standards in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee audit programs, drive CAPA, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, fluency in English, and strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, and SPC. Italian or Swedish language skills are a plus, with a hybrid work setup in Rome.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in quality management, auditing, or process improvement roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001 certified quality management systems.
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, 8D problem solving)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Self-driven, proactive, strategic mindset; strong communication and listening skills; able to work independently in a hybrid environment with remote teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Italian or Swedish is a merit.

• Plan, execute, and oversee internal and external audit programs, including system audits, process audits, and product audits, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements
