The Role

As an Associate Project Manager in our Milan-based Engineering & Construction (E&C) team, you'll work alongside project managers to deliver multiple renewable energy projects from planning through execution. You'll support timelines, budgets, and deliverables; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; ensure compliance with regulations and HSE standards; and contribute directly to our growing project pipeline in Italy.

Desirable skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination or support, ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systemsProficiency in Italian and English
  • Experience using or developing digital tools or workflows to improve efficiency, innovation and productivity.
