Mastercard in Rome is launching its Associate Product Specialist, Launch Graduate Program 2027. This 18-month program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to cross-functional teams to build a foundation in product management.

You will learn to develop business cases, measure metrics, and contribute to product roadmaps while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

As an Associate Product Specialist, Product Management, you will:

Conduct iterative experiments to identify and prioritise key features for inclusion with product releases and product roadmap

Assist customers to resolve operational issues that have been escalated

What we’re looking for:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027

Available to start 1st September 2027

This position does not have a compensation range. The fixed annual salary for this position is EUR € 43,475 gross.
