Mansioni

  • Prepare dossiers related to fire smoke regulations EN45545.
  • Lead compliance analysis for hazardous substances in electrical/electronic equipment.
  • Prepare dossiers on export control and dual-use items.
  • Develop methodologies to standardize design processes.

Conoscenze

Basic knowledge of EN45545 for fire protection of rolling stock
Basic understanding of LCA methodologies
Familiarity with electrical/electronic/mechanical components
Ability to work autonomously and proactively
Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to work in an international team
Excellent communication skills

Job Description

As an Associate Product Compliance Specialist, you will perform a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic, contributing to our compliance and product safety initiatives.

Accountabilities
  • Prepare dossiers related to fire smoke regulations EN45545.
  • Lead compliance analysis for hazardous substances in electrical/electronic equipment and lifecycle assessment under REACH (1907/2006/EU) and RoHS (2011/65/EU).
  • Prepare dossiers on export control, brokering, technical assistance, transit, and transfer of dual‑use items (EU and US regulations).
  • Develop innovative methodologies to standardize design processes for products and solutions.
Required Skills & Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of EN45545 for fire protection of rolling stock.
  • Basic understanding of LCA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with electrical/electronic/mechanical components.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively manage tasks.
  • Capacity to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in an international team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Education
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific background.
Languages

Fluent English required.
