Competenze

Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its IPT/TMT group with the appointment of an Associate based in our Milan office.
Our IPT Team consists of specialized lawyers, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise. Requirements

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
• Current license to practice law in Italy.
• Between 3 and 4 years PQE in the IT contracting field, gained in a comparable law firm. Experience in the Technology Media and Digital Data field will be considered as a plus.
• High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
• Global mindset and enthusiasm.
• You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
