Hetmos is a next-generation mergers and acquisitions firm. We combine proprietary technology, extensive prospecting, and a disruptive methodology to connect technical and technology companies with buyers worldwide. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Developer to establish and develop our presence in your region and build a future local team.

Responsibilities
  • Launch the Local Office and represent Hetmos to local executives, investors, and partners
  • Develop business activity: prospecting, partnership development, and conversion of qualified leads generated by our technology
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for the purchase or sale of companies for our internal team
  • Build and grow a local team (sales representatives, analysts, partners, etc.)
  • Contribute to the development strategy in your Country and Region
  • Progressively advance to a leadership role, with the possibility of partnership based on performance
Profile Sought
  • Solid experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for hunting and rapid growth
  • Ability to develop a local network and represent the brand to decision-makers
  • Natural leadership, a desire to build a team and establish an office from the ground up
  • Knowledge of the economic landscape in the country and regions is a plus
  • No prior M&A expertise is required: we train our talent

  • Initially 100% variable compensation, very attractive (high commissions on generated deals)
