A leading sports and fashion brand is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for its new store in Orio al Serio, Italy. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, ensure goals are met, and provide exceptional customer service. Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of retail management experience and a passion for the sports industry. This position offers a permanent full-time contract, starting in November 2025.

We are looking for our new Assistant Store Manager for the brand-new store opening in Oriocenter Orio al Serio Bergamo!

Role Purpose

As Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in building and leading a high-performing store team ensuring that the store :

Achieves set goals

Checks the brand standards are properly followed

Delivers operational excellence

The Assistant Store Manager provides the highest level of customer experience and assists with delivering the vision of the brand supporting and mentoring the Sales Associates with their personal and career development. They will also act as a Training Ambassador for the store team.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1.5 years of management experience in retail.
  • Strong customer service experience with a drive to provide best-in-class retail experiences.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and reporting to drive sales.
  • Passionate about the sports industry.
  • Proficient in English and MS Office.

Additional Information :

Permanent contract full time (40h / week).
