The Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Manager in day‑to‑day management of employees, business operations, inventory, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform with high integrity in company compliance with HQ;
• Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service;
• Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the marketplace;
• Recruit and train new employees;
• Manage existing employee schedules and make any needed change;
• Open and close the store;
• Evaluate store sales, prepare reports and suggest ways to increase sales and improve business KPIs;
• Assist the Store Manager in the development of the business or recruiting programs.
