Store Management Talent Pool – EMEA Retail

Location : Italy

What You’ll Do :

• Execute business plans and drive results through collaboration
• Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams
• Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on performance
• Deliver standout service experiences and build strong client relationships
• Maximise omni-channel opportunities using tools and tech

You’ll Need to Have :

• Experience as an ASM / SM in a high-volume retail setting
• Strong track record of hitting sales / KPI targets
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Passion for fashion and understanding of the premium / luxury landscape
• Fluency in English
• Local Language (additional local language is a plus)
