• Ensure delivery of brand promises by Housekeeping Attendants.
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure timely cleaning of rooms.
• Report adverse comments and lost/damaged items to the manager.
• Oversee public areas and ensure maintenance work is done.
• Ensure proper uniform and appearance of staff.
