Splendido, A Belmond Hotel in Portofino is seeking an Assistant Head Concierge for the season to join our Concierge team. The ideal candidate will provide authentic, luxury experiences, demonstrate care, confidence and curiosity, and grow professionally in a world-renowned destination.

You will assist the Head Concierge, guide the team, welcome guests, and maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in luxury hotels.
• Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is required.
• High standards of service and good communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist the Head Concierge in overseeing the daily operations
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure service excellence
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, assisting them with inquiries, reservations, transportation, and other needs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest requests and preferences
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Anticipate guests' needs and handle guests' complaints
