Job summary

MAAG Pump Systems, Automatik Plastics Machinery, Maag Gala Industries, Reduction Engineering Scheer, Ettlinger, AMN, and Witte form a global polymer industry partner. We are hiring manufacturing line personnel to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line machinery at fixed workstations in Rozzano, Lombardy.

You will perform material handling, monitor quality, record daily production data, and support deviation handling under moderate supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of procedures and tools obtained through work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing assembly line machinery at fixed workstation positions.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods along the assembly line.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.

Accountable for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing assembly line machinery/equipment at fixed workstation positions including: Operating machinery/equipment to install a piece/part/component of an in-process product, assembly, or sub-assembly as it moves along the assembly line. Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis. A Support 2 requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include: Works under moderate supervision.. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
