Lafert SpA in Italy seeks a Health & Safety Engineer to ensure legislative conformity, manage HS documentation, monitor risk assessments and plan preventive actions. You will coordinate with external control bodies and assist in implementing safety procedures.

Attività principali:

• Controllo della conformità legislativa in materia di salute e sicurezza delle attività aziendali;
• Gestione e verifica della documentazione in materia di salute e sicurezza richiesta ai sensi della normativa o dagli enti competenti;
• Monitoraggio delle valutazioni dei rischi e della pianificazione delle azioni preventive e/o correttive;
• Supervisione del piano formativo in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro e conduzione di specifiche attività formative;
• Supporto nella gestione dei rapporti esterni con gli enti di controllo in materia di salute e sicurezza;
• Redazione procedure specifiche di lavoro;
• Riunioni di coordinamento con le imprese esecutrici;
• Sopralluoghi presso luoghi di lavoro e/o cantieri;
• Gestione documentale.

Conoscenze e attitudini richieste:

• Laurea in Ingegneria o equivalente, con specializzazione in Salute e Sicurezza sul Lavoro anche neo laureati;
• Formazione, abilitazione come ASPP;
• Conoscenza delle normative di riferimento;
• Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Capacità di lavorare con puntualità e precisione;
• Determinazione e attitudine al problem solving.

RAL indicativa compresa tra € 29.000 e € 32.000, commisurata alle competenze e al percorso del candidato/a.
