Job summary

COT S.r.l. is seeking a Dental Assistant to support the dentist during exams and procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain patient records in a busy clinical setting.

The role also covers front office duties such as scheduling, answering phones, file insurance claims, and managing inventory. Candidates should have CODA-accredited training, CPR/first aid certification, and strong communication skills to work under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CODA-accredited dental assisting program.
• Current certification in CPR and first aid.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient exams and procedures.
• Sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control policies and guidelines.
• Maintain patient medical records according to HIPAA regulations.
• Take x-rays and intraoral photographs under supervision of the dentist.
• Provide assistance to patients during exams and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and answer phone calls.

• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
