Job summary

Magellan Health is seeking an ASACS Counselor in Vicenza, Italy, for a full-time on-site role. The incumbent will implement the ASACS program at the assigned school site and conduct comprehensive assessments of referred adolescents and families to develop tailored service plans.

The position requires a Master’s degree (CACREP accreditation preferred) and a valid counseling license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or PhD psychologist). Proficiency with electronic medical records is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• CACREP accreditation is required for counseling programs.
• Licensed as an independent level provider (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC) or clinical psychologist at PhD level.

Responsibilities

• Implements the ASACS Counseling Program at assigned location.
• Performs comprehensive assessment of referred adolescents and families.
• Develops individualized service plans with goals and methods.
• Conducts individual, group, and/or family counseling as needed.
• Promotes resiliency and reduces mental health disorders and substance use among adolescents.
