Offer Description

The research project focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI), particularly Generative AI, on corporate strategy, leadership, and decision-making processes. The goal is to understand how these technologies are changing the way companies define their strategic priorities and make decisions under conditions of high complexity and uncertainty. Particular attention is paid to the role of top management and the dynamics that develop between the CEO, the top management team, and other management levels, moving beyond a vision of strategic leadership focused exclusively on the individual decision-maker.

Mandatory requirement for admission to the selection: italian Laurea Magistrale, or Laurea a Ciclo Unico, or an equivalent degree from foreign Universities, obtained no more than 6 years prior to the application deadline (i.e obtained after 13/10/2020).
