Job summary

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Thales Alenia Space, you design and integrate trustworthy AI components across domains, selecting cutting-edge approaches to meet user needs. You will work on NLP, multimodal human–machine dialogue, and data-driven or symbolic AI to solve complex space-related problems. The role emphasizes a scientific engineering method, traceability, and staying ahead of trends in AI, ethics by design, and cybersecurity. • Identify and apply cutting-edge AI technologies (ML, symbolic, dialogue) to components
• Develop NLP/NLU and multimodal human–machine dialogue solutions
• Explore ML techniques, causality vs. correlation, and data-driven AI methods
• Work with Symbolic AI (ontology, knowledge reasoning, meta-heuristics) and Operations Research
• Propose and compare design approaches to maximize customer value
