We are hiring a n AI/ML Engineer with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience to design, build, and deploy autonomous agents, conversational flows, and robust document-processing systems powered by LLMs. You will focus on building action‑oriented systems that automate real business workflows to create intelligent assistants capable of executing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop Agentic Workflows: Build and refine advanced AI agents using modern orchestration frameworks like Google Agent Development Kit and custom code to create seamless user experiences that can perform complex, multi‑step tasks.
• Engineer Prompt & RAG Solutions: Design effective prompt logic and implement Advanced RAG pipelines for intelligent information retrieval, document classification, and context‑aware interactions.
• Model Development & Ops: Train, evaluate, and serve ML models using Cloud AI platforms, managing the full lifecycle (Pipelines, Model Registry, Endpoints) to ensure optimal production performance.
• Evaluation & Observability: Implement systematic evaluation strategies to monitor agent performance (accuracy, hallucinations, latency), leveraging Vertex AI observability frameworks.
• Integrate Systems & Workflows: Connect AI agents and models with internal and external services via RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with product and business teams to translate complex requirements into valuable AI services.

Mandatory

• Coding Proficiency: Good coding skills in Python. Proficiency with data manipulation (e.g., Pandas) is required. Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask) to serve your AI applications is essential.
• Cloud AI Platforms: Proven hands‑on experience with any major Cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for building ML syste ms. Specific knowledge of GCP and Vertex AI is a plus.
• LLM Agent Frameworks: Practical experience with any orchestration framework, such as Agent Development Lit, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.
• Prompt Engineering & LLM Usage: Solid understanding of LLM architecture, including tokens, context windows, function calling, and temperature settings.
• Machine Learning Fundamentals: Firm grasp of core ML concepts like overfitting and model evaluation metrics (e.g., precision, accuracy, confusion matrix). You understand how ML models work "under the hood".
• Engineering Practices: Comfortable with Git, software testing, debugging, and committed to writing clean, production‑ready code.

Nice to have

• Vector Search: Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Qdrant, Milvus) and semantic search strategies.
• Evaluation Frameworks: Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., Ragas, DeepEval).
• Experience with document parsing (OCR) and unstructured data procesing.
