HDG is looking for a motivated Art Director to join the international team in the Milan office.
DESCRIPTION

The profile required is a key figure within the agency in the strategic and design development of products and services. He/she is able to translate clients’ needs and briefs into targeted and original creative ideas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design branding projects (developing strategies based on the pillars: purpose, positioning, personality, values, brand architecture, naming) and offer articulated and complex solutions
  • Create innovative and multichannel creative concepts
  • Realise benchmarks functional to the strategic conception
  • Design and manage communication campaigns
  • Experiment with innovative and cutting‑edge creative solutions
  • Design verbal and creative content
  • Develop and manage creative projects of a transversal nature designing the entire consumer experience
  • Manage frontline customer relations by translating customer needs into innovative and effective creative language
  • Develop accurate, well‑defined and persuasive verbal and written presentations
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • At least 2/3 years agency experience
  • Experience in art direction for photo and video productions
  • Combination of strategic, design and creative skills
  • Proactivity and focus on new solutions
  • Knowledge and expertise in digital communication and its application on different digital platforms
  • Expertise in the use of the Adobe suite
  • Extensive knowledge of social media
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Persuasive and collaborative skills with a creative multidisciplinary team
