Activities
  • Support the Manager in defining the annual budget for the B2C Auto channel by analysing territorial opportunities, market trends, market share and product mix.
  • Translate commercial plans into operational activities: sales / development planning, results (KPI) monitoring, and proposing corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Manage customer loyalty through short-term contracts (agreements with PFAs) and medium / long-term contracts (supply / service agreements), maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop the lubricants business for large and medium-sized customers (potential 10 KLT / year) through prospecting and promotional initiatives coordinated with the Marketing department.
  • Monitor consumption trends and competitor activities, and oversee the credit status of assigned customers, coordinating any collection actions in compliance with control rules, risk management, and compliance standards.
Candidate Profile
  • Technical knowledge of lubricants products and the Automotive B2C market.
  • Commercial skills: market analysis, sales planning, negotiation, and results orientation.
  • Strong relational skills, problem-solving abilities, and capability to manage territory and relationships with large / medium customers.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Required experience: 3-5 years in similar roles (preferably in the Automotive sector / B2C lubricants channel) and familiarity with control procedures, risk management, and compliance regulations.
