Le candidat idéal doit avoir entre 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans des rôles similaires, posséder des compétences en analyse de marché, en vente, ainsi que des relations solides avec les clients. Ce poste requiert également une capacité à gérer les budgets et à maintenir des relations avec des clients clés.

TotalEnergies Marketing Italia Spa, the new corporate name of Total Italia Spa as of September 1, 2021, has been present in Italy for over sixty years and oversees all distribution activities for lubricants, specialty fluids and solvents, fuels (aviation and motorsport), and LNG.

Activités
  • Support the Manager in defining the annual budget for the B2C Auto channel by analysing territorial opportunities, market trends, market share and product mix.
  • Translate commercial plans into operational activities : sales / development planning, results (KPI) monitoring, and proposing corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Manage customer loyalty through short-term contracts (agreements with PFAs) and medium / long-term contracts (supply / service agreements), maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop the lubricants business for large and medium-sized customers (potential 10 KLT / year) through prospecting and promotional initiatives coordinated with the Marketing department.
  • Monitor consumption trends and competitor activities, and oversee the credit status of assigned customers, coordinating any collection actions in compliance with control rules, risk management, and compliance standards.
Profil du candidat
  • Technical knowledge of lubricants products and the Automotive B2C market.
  • Commercial skills : market analysis, sales planning, negotiation, and results orientation.
  • Strong relational skills, problem-solving abilities, and capability to manage territory and relationships with large / medium customers.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Required experience : 3–5 years in similar roles (preferably in the Automotive sector / B2C lubricants channel) and familiarity with control procedures, risk management, and compliance regulations
