Ferrero sta assumendo un Area Europe Demand Planning HUB Analyst per Alba (Italia). Il ruolo riporta al Manager dell’Area Europe Demand Planning HUB e lavora nel nuovo hub europeo per ottimizzare la pianificazione della domanda.

Il candidato ideale ha una laurea magistrale in ingegneria/SC/statistica/economia e una prima esperienza in demand planning, con livello avanzato di inglese. L’offerta prevede stile CCNL alimentare e bonus variabile fino al 5% del salario base.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain/Statistics/Economics.
• Almeno esperienza iniziale in demand planning e forecast.
• Buona padronanza dell’inglese (avanzato).

Mansioni

• Generare baseline per le regioni, utilizzando strumenti statistici e guidare l’adozione degli Europe Area dei modelli globali.
• Rappresentare il centro di expertise statistico per l’Area Europe, definendo template e standard di processo.
• Sviluppare competenze sui driver chiave e sulle variabili che impattano lo sviluppo del modello per categoria e unità cliente.
• Monitorare prestazioni e KPI e allinearsi al Global Centre of Excellence.
• Impostare previsioni statistiche in collaborazione con Area Demand Planning Hub, COE globale e pianificatori nei mercati.
• Lavorare con i mercati per comprendere baseline, definire uplift e comunicare driver principali e tendenze.

About the Role:

For our newly established Area Europe Demand Planning Hub, we are currently looking for a Demand Planning Hub Analyst, based in Alba (Italy), who will report to the Area Europe Demand Planning HUB Manager.

The Area Demand Planning Hub organization will be crucial for the company’s success, a robust demand planning process will enhance the effectiveness of the overall supply chain,improvingcustomer satisfaction and reducing the operating costs.

As a Demand Planning Hub Analyst, you will represent the center of statistical forecast expertise in theEuropeArea, equipping the key stakeholders with the capabilities required to deploy the GroupBlueprintensuring understanding of Regions’ context and business environment. The GroupBlueprintadherence is in accordance with the standards set byGlobal Demand Planning Centre of Excellenceand in alignment with the Operational Excellence initiatives. Equally important, you will be responsible for monitoring Demand Planning Performance and Model Adoption within theEurope Area and execute Demand Planning activities in close collaboration with the Markets.

Main Responsibilities:

Covering this role, you will support the generation of baseline for the Regions’, using statistical tools and drive the adoption in each Region of the Europe Area, ensuringconsistent deployment of Global Templates, in alignment with the Operational Excellence initiatives.

Equally important, you will represent thecenter of statistical expertisefor theEuropeArea, equipping the key stakeholders with the capabilities required to deploy theGroup Templatesas well asdevelopprocess standards manuals ensuring understanding ofEuropeArea context and business environment.

Furthermore, you will developing expertise on key drivers and variables impactingthe modeldevelopment by category and type of customer unit, sharing best practices across Regions/Countries.

Moreover, you will monitorperformance and KPIs, ensuring they align smoothly with the Global Centre of Excellence. This role supports defining and cascading related KPIs toregions and serves as the primary contact for demand expertise on monitoring, control, and root cause analysis at theEuropeArea level.

Regarding the Demand Planning Baseline Generation, you will set up statistical forecasts in collaboration with the Area Demand Planning Hub team, the Global COE and Demand Planners in the markets.

You will also work in collaboration with markets to ensureunderstanding of the baseline and enable uplift definitionas well as demand consolidation and communication with Area outlining main drivers and trend explanations.

About You:

You will bring yourMaster’sDegreein any Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain/Statistics/Economicsrelated field andsome initialrelevantexperiencesin demand planning, driving demand forecasting with stakeholders.

Your capability to interact using anadvancelevel of Englishwill enable you to perform your daily activities, combined with your excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What we offer:

The role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
