A Milan-based international design firm is seeking an Architect / BIM Specialist to contribute to international construction projects. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in BIM architectural modeling and is proficient in Autodesk and Revit. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities, in a dynamic environment promoting equity and diversity.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM architectural modeling.
• Expert knowledge of BIM platforms such as Autodesk, Revit, and BIM 365.
• Strong understanding of pre-construction services and project workflows.

Mansioni

Your qualifications and skills :

• professional experience in internationally renowned offices
• minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM architectural modeling
• expert knowledge of BIM platforms such as of Autodesk, Revit, BIM 365
• quality assurance, as maintaining oversight over BIM responsibilities and deliverables
• able to create advanced scripts and families
• strong understanding of pre-construction services and project workflows
• excellent knowledge of Italian and English
• understanding of Scan-To BIM process is a plus
• knowledge of Naviswork, Dynamo for Revit and Recap are a plus.
