Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD or MS with 4+ years in CS/CE/ML or related field.
• Experience with patents or publications at top-tier venues or journals.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience in state-of-the-art deep learning architectures, training/optimization, and model pruning.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end Responsible AI solutions for Alexa+ at scale.
• Apply NLP and computer vision to content classification and safety challenges.
• Identify AI safety risks early and guide go/no-go decisions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to production-ready deployments.
