We are looking for a Support Engineer with a solid technical background to support our IT applications, preferably in the logistics field (WMS, TMS, or similar). The main responsibility will be to read the code, understand where the problem might be, and resolve simple bugs or incidents. This role is considered level 3 support.

ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for our IT applications, with a focus on logistics information systems (WMS, TMS, etc.).
• Read and analyze code to identify and resolve issues.
• Resolve simple bugs and incidents to ensure optimal functioning of our applications.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Document solutions and maintain records of problems and resolutions.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to read and understand code to identify and resolve issues.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
