Application Specialist – Laboratory Solutions – Campania, Italy (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Application Specialist to support our In‑Vitro Diagnostics Laboratory Solutions in Campania, Italy. The role focuses on post‑sales support, instrument installation, training and performance monitoring in Chemistry, Immunochemistry and Automation (Corelab Lines).

Responsibilities
  • Provide post‑sales problem solving through method application, troubleshooting and activation of the technical service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage onsite instrument installation, customer training and follow‑up for Hemostasis, Hematology and plasma protein.
  • Monitor system performance by measuring selected KPIs.
  • Support new customer needs directly, working with sales or internal support channels.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Laboratory Techniques or Biomedical Engineering.
  • 1–5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Good command of English (written and oral).
  • Availability to travel and to relocate within the region.
  • Dynamic, proactive and independent with strong teamwork and respect for diversity.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
