Overview

Job Description

Application Services cover four areas : Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; and Applications Management.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, translate them into requirements, and support upselling / business development.
• Manage existing contracts ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Deliver business value to customers using project management and technical skills.
• Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports.
• Lead technical teams or contribute to delivery activities by identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Drive business development and upselling in Analytics, with a focus on the Public Sector Industry.

Basic Qualifications

• Extensive experience in programs / services related to application solutions, preferably in the public sector.
• Excellent relational and analytical skills; proactive with the ability to work in teams.
• Goal-oriented with attention to detail and quality.
• Italian native speaker.

Other Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, and ITIL are advantageous.

Work Location: Naples, with remote work options and travel availability.
