What you’ll do
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients, understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
- Support clients with lab‑based and customer‑facing projects, including performance validation, data generation, and designing test methods for new applications. This includes up to 40% of travel within Europe.
- Conduct thorough product testing and evaluations, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Work with cross‑functional colleagues in sales, product development, marketing, and other areas to solve technical issues for our clients.
- Inform our clients on the performance capabilities of Henkel’s products and services via technical help, reports, and presentations.
- Provide expert training programs to our sales partners and clients to ensure new products and applications are selected and used whenever appropriate.
- Establish and leverage external networks and partnerships with OEM and represent Henkel on trade shows and industry trade associations.
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering.
- Experience within the pressure‑sensitive adhesives industry.
- Strong technical expertise and problem‑solving skills in the adhesives industry for key applications such as PSA tapes, labels, and graphics.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and project management skills.
- Fluent in digital collaborative tools such as OneNote and O365.
- Fluent English and German skills; French is a plus.
