Your role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Application Engineer eager to grow in an international environment and contribute to improving production processes. You will be the key link between customer requirements and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and travel to customer sites to provide on‑site analysis and support.

• Contribute to the development of new technologies in collaboration with R&D.

• Strong analytical and communication skills in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Highly valued: knowledge of ophthalmic lens production processes (hard coating, anti‑reflection, sun coating).
• Preferred: previous experience in ophthalmic or solar lens manufacturing environments.
