Key Responsibilities

• Commissioning and final acceptance tests of 3D vision applications with different robot models at the customer’s site
• Checking system interfaces (hardware & software) and adapting prepared programs (especially in Python)
• Conducting and documenting feasibility studies
• Carrying out application and product training sessions
• Close cooperation with sales and development for the purpose of product optimization (hardware & software)
• Providing technical support for customer inquiries and application‑related issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, robotics or comparable vocational training with relevant professional experience in the field of robotics / commissioning
• Basic understanding of industrial image processing and its application
• Experience in commissioning and programming industrial robots / cobots
• Hands‑on mentality for complex problems
• Service‑oriented mindset & ability to work in a team, flexibility and an independent way of working
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
• Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken; German language skill is a strong advantage
