Your Role And Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry-leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
• Craft client strategies for mainframe infrastructure and applications.
• Define and detail IBM Stack solutions for client enhancement.
• Deliver simplified proof of concepts and educate clients.
• Build trust for closing complex Cloud technology deals.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer (4+ years), with a strong portfolio showcasing both front‑end and back‑end projects.
• Solid experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks (Flask, Django REST Framework).
• Excellent knowledge of Python (3+), with hands‑on experience building scalable APIs and backend services.
• Strong experience with Java (11+), including Spring Boot, REST API design and development, Spring Cloud, Spring Data/JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, and container orchestration platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of data processing frameworks, especially Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, HBase, and Oozie.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, with solid knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub, with experience implementing automated deployments (CI/CD).
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, including Compute services (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS), Storage and database services (S3, RDS, DynamoDB), Networking and security (VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation/Terraform), and experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications on AWS.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Strategic stakeholder engagement and creative problem‑solving.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• AWS Cloud certification is a plus.
