Job summary

PALO IT is looking for an API Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of APIs provisioned from middleware. The role blends technical, operational and governance skills to ensure availability, security, scalability and performance of programming interfaces.

You will analyze requirements, design and document APIs, validate functionality, and collaborate across teams. The position supports a hybrid work model in a global technology consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar API-focused role.
• Proficient in API design and implementation using MuleSoft and AWS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Mulesoft certification.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.

As an API Analyst at PALO IT, you will:

What experience do you need for this role?

You're a strong fit for this role if you have:

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in API design and implementation using tools like Mulesoft and AWS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Certification in Mulesoft.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in cloud integration tools, particularly middleware solutions like Boomie, Software AG, etc.
• Background in the transportation industry.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Mulesoft API Manager, New Relic) and data visualization (Grafana, Kibana).
