We’re looking for a Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer to join our growing team in Milan. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting‑edge engineering projects across Europe, within a company that values innovation, collaboration, and long‑term career development.

What You’ll Do

As a BMS Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the technical delivery on construction and engineering projects, from design coordination through to successful commissioning.

You’ll collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review design documents, drawings, and technical submittals
• Support project handovers and evaluate value‑engineering opportunities

• Liaise with design teams, contractors, and internal project teams

You will work closely with the R&D team to define layout configurations, produce detailed technical documentation, and support the full lifecycle of bespoke systems, from initial concept to on‑site installation and commissioning.
