Henderson Drake is partnering with a growing technology business to appoint an experienced Anaplan Solutions Architect to own architecture and delivery across a complex planning landscape.

You will translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models, establish standards, and lead design across FP&A, workforce, and sales planning. Based in Italy within an international tech environment, you will guide model builders and delivery teams.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an Anaplan Solutions Architect or senior Anaplan model builder.
• Deep understanding of Anaplan architecture, including model design, data integration, and platform governance.
• Experience leading solution design across planning use cases such as FP&A, workforce planning, and sales planning.
• The ability to engage business stakeholders confidently and translate their requirements into technical solutions.
• A track record of establishing best practices and architectural standards within an Anaplan environment.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Anaplan certification is an advantage.

This role sits at the intersection of business requirements and technical delivery. The expectation is that you can move comfortably between stakeholder conversations and hands‑on architecture decisions, translating complex planning and performance management requirements into Anaplan solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and genuinely fit for purpose.

You will play a central role in establishing how Anaplan is architected and governed across the business, setting the standards that model builders and delivery teams work within, and ensuring the platform evolves in line with the organisation's broader technology strategy.
