We are looking for a detail-oriented Functional Analyst to join our team in Rome. As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of advanced software systems.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Qualifications include a degree in technical (engineering, computer science) or economic disciplines, or equivalent work experience. Candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role, with strong skills in process modeling, requirements gathering, and data analysis. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Monday), UML, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and familiarity with Agile methodologies are required. Certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are preferred. Knowledge of industry-specific processes and regulations, and fluency in Italian, are also necessary.
Presence in the Rome office is required three days a week.
