Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Amazon Paid Media Manager to join our team. The role involves managing and optimising Amazon Paid Media campaigns, driving e‑commerce success and supporting brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Ownership – Build, manage, and optimise all Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP) to achieve ROAS, ACoS, and revenue targets.
  • Seller Central Management – Maintain and optimise campaigns, listings, and product data directly within Seller Central, ensuring budgets, bids, and catalogue data are accurate and optimised.
  • Strategic Execution – Work with the Amazon EU Lead to design and deliver a cohesive media plan that supports short‑term sales goals and long‑term brand growth.
  • Search & Conversion Optimisation – Leverage keyword analysis, category insights, and competitive data to improve ranking and conversion.
  • Creative Collaboration – Partner with the brand and content teams to test and optimise assets in paid media campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis – Build weekly and monthly media performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning – Develop and execute effective Amazon PPC strategies aligned with business objectives, conduct keyword research, and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns.
  • Budget Management – Set, monitor, and optimise advertising budgets, implementing bidding strategies to reach target ACoS and KPIs.
  • Ad Creative and Copywriting – Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and persuasive copy.
  • Competitive Analysis – Stay informed about industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify opportunities.
  • Continuous Optimization – Run A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and bidding, staying abreast of algorithm changes.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • DSP experience considered a plus.
  • Proven track record of improving ACoS, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Amazon Advertising platform and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce and consumer behaviour on online marketplaces.
  • Creative thinker passionate about pets and wellness.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and results‑oriented mindset.
  • Self‑starter taking initiative without prompting, with proven results in fast‑growth environments.
  • Highly organised, disciplined, and detail‑oriented.
  • Team player with collaborative leadership style.
  • Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Experience operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to work in a cross‑functional matrix environment.
Languages & Global Experience
  • Native / bi‑lingual Italian speaker with fluency in English.
  • Internationally minded with solid in‑market brand/product marketing/digital experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop local brand strategy and plans.
  • Experience in communication development and media planning across multiple channels.
Employment Details
