Bolton Beauty, a Bolton Group unit in Milan, invites an Amazon Intern to join the Digital function. You will support the E-commerce team with listings, SEO, order processing, inventory, and analytics across Amazon platforms.

Six-month, full-time paid internship with cross-functional exposure to sales, finance and supply chain, and potential for smart working from our Milan HQ.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Digital/E-commerce or related fields.
• Strong interest in E-commerce; previous experience with Amazon platforms is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Excel; strong organizational skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).

Bolton Beauty is looking for a motivatedAmazon Internto support our E-commerce team in managing and growing our presence across Amazon platforms.

As part of the team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in marketplace operations, digital merchandising, and analytics, while working cross‑functionally with key departments like sales, finance, and supply chain. This is a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of Amazon and develop real‑world skills in a fast‑paced, international environment.

How your agenda looks like:

• Product Listings & SEO Optimization:
  Assist in creating, optimizing, and maintaining compelling, accurate, and SEO-friendly product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.


• Order & Inventory Management:
  Oversee daily order processing, monitor stock availability, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels across all Amazon marketplaces.


• Chargeback & Claims Support:
  Collaborate with finance teams to help manage chargebacks, disputes, and claims, ensuring compliance and timely resolution.


• Content Compliance & Catalog Integrity:
  Support the team in maintaining high-quality content, ensuring product availability and alignment with Amazon compliance guidelines across different countries.


• Reporting & Data Analysis:
  Use tools like Amazon Analytics and internal dashboards to track performance metrics (media campaign included), analyze trends, and generate regular reports.


• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, logistics) to align marketplace activities with broader business objectives. Tasks may include creation of reports, spreadsheets, and promotional codes.

Your team:

You will directly report to the Digital Sales Development Manager in the Digital function.
