Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in client‑facing situations, and capable of expanding our business presence in Italy and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve company targets.
  • Support marketing activities, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to strategy development.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Passion for cosmetics, biotech, or skincare industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols accurately.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English is obligatory.
  • Spanish is preferred.
