As a valued member of our Jet2holidays Airport team, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable and welcoming process for our customers as they arrive and depart the airport. You will work as one team with our internal & external suppliers whilst taking responsibility for resolving customer queries or problems using our in-house digital systems.

What will I do?

As an Airport Representative, you’ll report directly to the Airport Team Leader or Destination Manager and work closely with internal and external partners to deliver VIP industry leading customer service. You’ll be at the heart of creating memories for our customers.

• Greet every customer with a warm welcome with our famous Jet2holidays smile, making their journey memorable from the very start.
• Take responsibility as a point of contact during flight disruptions, emergencies and customer escalations, ensuring every situation is handled with care and working together as one team to achieve on-time performance and customer satisfaction requirements.
• Be present by representing Jet2holidays in the arrivals hall and departures terminal, guiding and assisting customers throughout their airport experience, and providing essential transfer & holiday information.
• Work as one team with our transfers providers, supporting the operation inside the terminal and outside in the coach park to ensure a VIP customer experience.

What do I need?

• Right to Work Documents – you must already hold full right to work documents for Italy.
• Travel & Accommodation – you will already be living in the destination or be able to arrange your own accommodation and be able to get to the airport at any time – day or night.
• Flexibility – your roster will include early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekend working; you may also be required to support during flight disruptions, serious emergencies, and customer escalations.
• Skills & Experience – customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. You must be solution orientated, friendly & positive, confident and comfortable to use digital systems (on a tablet device). The role is physically demanding and requires you to support a fast‑paced operation and to always be on the go.

What can I expect after I have applied?

Once your application has been reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team, you’ll be invited to complete a short video interview. If successful, you will progress to the final stage, an in‑person interview with our Jet2holidays Destination Management team.
