Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance - Maintenance Control professional in Rome, Italy. The role focuses on onsite maintenance control, coordination, and technical support for multiple aircraft systems, ensuring return-to-service and mission readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
Graduate Degree with 2+ years of experience; or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 2 years in maintenance coordination or equivalent flight-line ops.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite maintenance control and coordination for assigned aircraft.
Coordinate with customer, maintenance staff, and OEM support to prioritize work.
Monitor maintenance status, discrepancies, and return-to-service actions.
Prepare status reports and communicate aircraft availability to leadership.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
