Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Milan is seeking an AI Tech Consultant Cyber Security to drive cybersecurity strategy and end-to-end security programs for clients undergoing digital transformation. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive-level stakeholders, and shape security solutions that combine AI, cloud, and governance.

You will mentor talent, manage vendor relationships, and guide complex projects from design to delivery while traveling extensively to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• University degree in cyber security, information technology, or related field
• 4 to 6 years of relevant IT security consulting or similar experience
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, SABSA)
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 preferred
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent Italian and English communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively

• Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with client goals and digital transformation
• Oversee complex cybersecurity projects from design to implementation and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
