Lutech is seeking a Solution Architect for Data Analytics to design AI solutions and end-to-end application architectures, including agentic AI and RAG, for client engagements. You will build technical and commercial proposals, estimate effort, define roadmaps, and present to technical and executive stakeholders, while coordinating delivery projects and leading a team.

Candidates should have strong experience in AI architectures, cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure, and enterprise integration

Position

Practice: Data Analytics. We are looking for a Solution Architect with experience in designing AI solutions and end-to-end application architectures (agentic AI, RAG, LLM gateway, integration with enterprise systems) to support customer-facing offerings.

Responsibilities

• Build technical‑commercial proposals.
• Estimate effort.
• Define road‑maps and present solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate assigned delivery projects, managing planning, progress, risks and client relationships.
• Manage a team of technical resources, overseeing work quality, resource allocation, and skill development.
• Act as liaison between client business requirements and sustainable architectural translations.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing AI/Generative‑AI architectures: agent systems, multi‑agent orchestration, RAG, LLM gateways, integration protocols (MCP/A2A).
• Proficiency on cloud platforms, preferably GCP and/or Azure, and associated AI/data services (e.g., Vertex AI, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric).
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (API, event‑driven, integration with SAP/Salesforce/Databricks) and AI governance, security, and compliance issues.
• Ability to design scalable architectures and document them at both technical and executive levels.
• Complementary skills in project management—planning, estimation, risk management—and presales, coupled with leadership and team coordination.

Additional Information

An entry under the CCNL Commercial framework is expected, with seniority level 1, and a gross annual salary starting from €50,000, which may include a variable component. The remuneration package also includes Ticket Restaurant.
