TXT e-Tech seeks an AI & Simulation Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team developing software for advanced training systems. You will contribute to design, implementation, and integration of AI/ML-based models for simulated scenarios and synthetic environments.

TXT e-Tech is looking for an AI & Simulation Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to developing innovative software solutions for advanced training systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and integration of models based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with applications in simulated scenarios and synthetic environments.

Main responsibilities

• data analysis and processing;
• creation of datasets for model development;
• model validation and tuning;
• integration of software modules into training systems;
• development of entity control models to be integrated into synthetic environments;
• testing, analysis, and reporting of results obtained.

Required technical skills

• design and development of machine learning and deep learning algorithms;
• knowledge of Python and C++ programming languages;
• data preprocessing;
• management of complex datasets;
• ability to tune and optimize models.

Knowledge of DIS and HLA communication protocols would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English language skills, be a team player, flexible, and proactive. They will be bright and dynamic, with strong problem-solving skills.
