Join our team and start a new adventure as Senior AI Developer (remote)! You will play a key role in designing and integrating advanced artificial intelligence solutions directly into our software products, focusing on automating and optimizing software workflows through AI-driven features.

Your missions

• Integrate AI-driven functionalities into enterprise software solutions, focusing on workflow automation and intelligent process optimization.
• Lead the implementation of agentic AI systems, ensuring seamless interaction between AI components and core application logic.
• Collaborate with software architects, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and maintainable AI integrations.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture to deployment and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on code quality and best practices.

Your profile

• Experience with software development (~7 years) in Java or Python or C#.
• Experience with AI generative tools and agentic AI integration in software products (~2 years).
• Experience with modern software development tools, version control systems (e.G., Git), and CI / CD pipelines.
• Fluent Italian , good English .
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
