The Role

As an AI Business Consultant at Kyndryl, you will support clients in identifying strategic opportunities to remain competitive and differentiate themselves by leveraging artificial intelligence.

• 5–8 years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus (digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives)
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications
• Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends and market developments, translating them into practical business insights
• Cross‑industry business awareness and ability to identify value creation opportunities through AI
• Experience acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills, including workshop facilitation
• Foundational knowledge of AI/data tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and support data‑driven decision making
• Curiosity and continuous learning attitude toward AI and digital transformation
• Experience with data analysis and data strategy, including data governance, data quality, and ethical AI considerations
