Job summary

Deel cerca un responsabile sicurezza AI per definire e guidare la sicurezza dell’infrastruttura AI. Lavorerai con ingegneria, prodotto e IT per consentire strumenti AI sicuri e conformi, valutando minacce, deploy AISPM e AIDR, e supportando DevSecOps.

La posizione richiede esperienza in sicurezza AI/ML, modellazione delle minacce e conformità regolatoria (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR). Ruolo ad alto impatto in un’azienda SaaS globale e in rapida crescita, con focus su sicurezza e governance.

Qualifications

• Esperienza in sicurezza AI e protezione di workflow AI/ML.
• Competenza nel threat modeling e valutazioni di sicurezza per sistemi AI.
• Conoscenza di AISPM e concetti AIDR.
• Esperienza con sicurezza CI/CD e catena di fornitura software.
• Conoscenza di Data Loss Prevention e protezione dati in contesti AI.
• Familiarità con SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR o standard simili.
• Capacità di collaborare tra ingegneria, prodotto, IT e security.
• Penetration testing mirato a sistemi AI/ML.
• Abilità nel progettare guardrails per uso interno sicuro degli strumenti AI.

Responsibilities

• Definire e mantenere la strategia di sicurezza AI su infrastrutture e ecosistema di prodotto.
• Guidare modellazione delle minacce e valutazioni di sicurezza per modelli AI/ML, integrazioni LLM e AI systems.
• Valutare e impiegare AISPM e AIDR.
• Garantire deployment MCP server con autenticazione, controlli flusso dati e valutazioni di supply chain.
• Gestire revisioni di sicurezza e enablement per adozione di strumenti AI interni.
• Sviluppare policy per uso sicuro di strumenti AI in azienda.
• Rafforzare sviluppo interno tramite CI/CD hardening, scanning delle dipendenze e revisioni di sicurezza.
• Pianificare e condurre penetration test focalizzati su AI, incluse injection e simulazioni avversarie.
• Progettare controlli DLP per ambienti AI e gestione dati.
• Rivedere connettori, plugin e integrazioni terze parti legate ad AI.
• Collaborare con SOC e IR per creare detection rules e playbooks specifici per AI.
• Monitorare landscape delle minacce AI e tradurlo in controlli concreti.
• Contribuire a conformità SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR e altre normative.

Overview

In this role you secure Deel’s AI-enabled systems and ML infrastructure, shaping security standards for AI adoption. You will work across engineering, product, IT, and security to enable safe AI tooling while preserving compliance. You’ll assess AI threats, deploy AISPM and AIDR solutions, and guide secure development and DevSecOps practices. You’ll be at the forefront of AI security within a fast-scaling, globally distributed SaaS environment.

Responsabilità

• Define and maintain the AI security strategy across infrastructure and product ecosystem
• Lead threat modeling and security assessments for AI/ML models, LLM integrations, and agentic AI systems
• Evaluate and deploy AISPM and AIDR solutions
• Secure MCP server deployments with authentication, data flow controls, and supply chain risk assessments
• Own security review and enablement for internal AI tool adoption including guardrails
• Develop and enforce policies for safe AI tool usage across the organization
• Secure internal development through CI/CD hardening, dependency scanning, and security reviews
• Plan and execute AI-focused penetration testing, including prompt injection and adversarial simulations
• Design and implement DLP controls for AI environments and data handling
• Review AI-related connectors, plugins, and third-party integrations
• Collaborate with SOC and IR teams to build AI-specific detection rules and playbooks
• Monitor AI threat landscape and translate risks into actionable controls and policies
• Contribute to compliance efforts for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and other regulations

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in AI security and securing AI/ML workflows
• Proficiency in threat modeling and security assessments for AI systems
• Knowledge of AISPM, AIDR concepts
• Experience with CI/CD security, dependency scanning, and software supply chain security
• Familiarity with data loss prevention and data protection in AI contexts
• Understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR or similar regulatory frameworks
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, IT and security teams
• Penetration testing experience targeting AI/ML systems
• Ability to design guardrails for safe internal AI tool usage
