Mercor is seeking experienced musicians to evaluate generative music AI models in collaboration with a leading AI lab. You will assess AI-generated music across genres, rating lyrics for quality, creativity, and originality, working in Italian and English.

The role requires native or near-native Italian proficiency, plus the ability to follow detailed English instructions. Start date is immediate, with a duration up to 6 months and an approx. 20 hours per week commitment.

Competenze

• Native or near-native Italian; able to follow detailed written instructions in English
• Experience as songwriter/lyricist/performer/composer/music journalist; knowledge of the Italian music scene
• Proficient listening with attention to tone, rhythm and regional expressions

Mansioni

• Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs to identify similarities
• Rate lyrics based on quality, creativity, prompt adherence, and originality
• Evaluate whether lyrics sound natural, including word choice, slang, and regional expressions
