Alignerr Corp. is seeking Italian language experts for AI training to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Italian content. Your linguistic insights and teaching experience will shape how AI understands and teaches Italian to millions of learners.

The role is remote on an hourly contract with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. You will work asynchronously, contributing to high-quality language models and programs on flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian.
• Experience teaching Italian or evaluating learner language.
• Strong written communication in Italian and English (C1/C2).
• Solid understanding of CEFR frameworks and learner speech patterns.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality.
• Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+.
• Identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps with expert judgment.
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally authentic Italian.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that improves AI tutoring and language-learning models.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts.

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian
• Experience teaching Italian or evaluating learner language

• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment
• No prior AI experience required
