Hire Feed is seeking an AI Evaluation Specialist to join our remote team full-time. You will evaluate AI models and datasets, analyze outputs, and document findings against benchmarks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance across use cases.

This role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of evaluation frameworks, and generation of detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

Competenze

• Experience with AI model evaluation, testing and validation.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Familiarity with bias detection and fairness metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
